The program offers a challenging opportunity for individuals who wish to pursue a career in management in the hotel and restaurant industry.

This dynamic course provides an industry-focused curriculum on catering operations, gourmet cooking, events planning, hospitality service, professional bartending and more.

Students are exposed to the fundamentals of Financial Accounting, Business Statistics, Computer Applications, Hotel and Restaurant Management and Guest Relations, Total Quality Service Management, Culinary Arts, Food Preservation, Cost Control Purchasing, House Keeping Operations, Asian and Western Cuisine, and a whole lot more.
