The library is a resource center and a reading center. It enriches the curriculum, supplies reference materials and trains students in the use of books and library materials.

There are three libraries which are open for students to do their research and study activities.

George C. Barter Memorial Library (College):

- Open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Saturday

Harry E. Shaffer Library (High School):

- Open from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Hilary Pitapit Clapp Library (Elementary):

- Open from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday


The main function of this office is to provide guidance and counseling to students in their personal, social and academic life. Testing and Evaluation is also an important function of the office. It conducts aptitude and IQ tests to students and employees, including the Faculty Evaluation administered at the end of each term.


As a Christian Institution, the school has its own chaplain (housed at the Administrative Building) who is available to students and employees for spiritual counseling. Chapel services are also scheduled, where everyone is enjoined to attend.


The school clinic caters to students and employees. The clinical staff is composed of a visiting physician and two trained and licensed nurses who are always available to attend to those with immediate needs.


Students are regularly informed, updated, or reminded about the existing, recently approved, revised policies and procedures through announcements on various bulletin boards, text messages, and the school website.


Students enjoy free use of the gymnasium provided it is free during their preferred and requested date and time of use. Interested students may make the necessary reservations at the Auxiliary Office.


Books, school uniforms and other school paraphernalia and school-related items can be purchased at the Auxiliary Office.


The school employs security personnel to look after the safety of both students and employees.
